1. Commitment to Accessibility

Clinix LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our products and services.

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, a set of recommendations for making web content and applications more accessible. These guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are the international standard for web accessibility.

This commitment extends across our complete deployment footprint, including our native iOS, Android, Web, and WatchOS/Wear OS applications.

2. Conformance Status & Measures

The WCAG 2.1 standard defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Clinix AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard at this time. We are actively working to address these areas.

Measures taken to support accessibility include:

• Internal Policy: We have integrated accessibility as a core component of our development and design lifecycle.
• Developer Training: Our on-shore engineering team is trained on accessibility best practices.
• Performance and Accessibility Tuning: As part of our development process, we optimize our applications to improve scores as measured by industry-standard tools like Google Lighthouse, with a specific focus on the accessibility category.
  
  

3. Known Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some limitations may still exist. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

• Complex Data Visualizations: Some administrative dashboards may contain complex charts or data tables that are not fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working to provide alternative data formats and improve focus management.
• Third-Party Components: Some components integrated into our platform may not fully conform to our desired standards. We are actively working with vendors to address these issues.
